Hi, I’m Ray Burton and I help people get fit. I know that just sounded like an AA confession. It’s true though. There are a couple of ways I get information out to people about how to be healthy and happy. First is my membership site for coaching & mentoring. I also do one on one personal training and guest speaking for corporations though my calgary personal training company BuildingBodies Personal Training.
I wanted my help to be accessible to anyone, anywhere and for all income levels so I also put my training methods onto the web via this fitness site. I also realized that there was a ton of information to work through so I condensed only the most important and useful information into my ‘now almost famous’ Fat To Fit Workout Program that you can download any time of day or night.

Completing his certification through the International Sports Science Association
as a Certified Personal Trainer has allowed Ray Burton to
train his clients in one of the most advanced fitness systems, periodized
training. Taking his clients through several different stages all geared to
achieving optimum results in fat loss, muscles gain, and strength allowing
for a non-stagnant and exciting path to ultimate fitness.
Using his training to great effect during the supervision of daily physical
training for the Canadian Military has lead Ray Burton to a disciplined, “efforts
equals results” kind of motivation for his personal training clients. And
it works! Ray can be seen joking with his clients between sets, but once its
time to work…the fun is over. Doing the most productive exercises to cause
