With the upcoming call on muscular/joint pain and dysfuntion… I see that a lot of the solutions to your aches and pains can be summed up in one word…. stretch.
Before the call, everybody should at the minimum have the following included in their daily routine.
So that you know how, what kind and so on… I put my quickie daily stretch routine for my lower body on video for you. It took me three trys! First one… the sun messed it up… second one…the sound was off! So here it is
The video below contains: My daily stretches for hip flexors, quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves. Total stretch time without me yacking is around 15 minutes…. if you don’t have time for that on a daily basis… you deserve all the pain and dysfunction!

So, I took on pizzas last night and tried them on the family–they loved them, and I loved them knowing that they have all the components to fuel my body with protein, complex carbohydrates, and some fat added in as well!
