SUPPLEMENTS - THE HYPE AND THE REALITY
The big scam…
It’s important to note that the whole supplement industry is not honest. There are a lot of “fly by night” companies that don’t put what they say into their products. Make sure you stick to the companies that have been around for a while and have a solid reputation.
There are also a lot of products that do absolutely nothing and if anything does happen it’s because of the placebo affect. This is why I put the useful supplement section in. The ones listed there are really all you need to train and make great progress.
Think hard before you buy into marketing hype and big promises. There is always a new supplement and the ads look real convincing. I have been around the block on this one and trust me, you only need the basics. Read more
The Weight Loss Diet Plan

I get a lot of weight loss diet questions like the one you’re going to read below. I could outright tell someone what to eat on their diet but it doesn’t help them in the long run. How many of you are exactly the weight you want to be right now? How many of you currently possess your “ideal physique?” If you’re like many of us, you probably have some extra “fluff” weighing you down, that once lost, could substantially improve your speed and agility (not to mention your “game” with the other sex). Perhaps you’re on the other end of the weight spectrum and could stand to gain some extra “buff” to help you overpower your opponents and bring more force to your strikes and grappling. Read more

How to train for MMA and the fighting arts.

MMA Jiujitsu Coach For FitterFast.com
There a lot of different styles or martial arts and many different ways of training. I dare say that your training should help your martial arts background. For instance if your style requires you to hold on tight and use slow methodical motions then it is going to be a waste of your time doing a lot of explosive fast exercises.

Here is a list of my types of workouts and why, in other words its my training theory.
My theory lies mostly in the belief that you should train for the fight and train your body to be powerful, explosive, fast and with cardio. Read more
