Common Elbow Pains

My right elbow has been bothering me for a few months. It is sore to the touch right at the elbow joint, in the back where the humerus ends between the two epicondyles. I feel it more when I do bicep curls and less when I do hammer curls.

Fat Loss And The Stuck Scale

Just wanted to let you know those tips you gave about the insomnia have helped. I feel I’m making good progress but I wanted to ask you, although I can tell in the mirror and on my clothes that I have lost weight the scale does not reflect it other than about 5 lbs. I’m doing cardio every day 6 days a week and weight training (intense for my level) 3 days a week this week I started berardi 5 day plan and I’m starting to get a little turkey neck is that good or bad LOL!! But the most important thing is that I’m clean and that feels great. One more thing after the five days should I just start from day 1 again on berardis diet

The Front Squat

Clean the bar to your shoulders or take the barbell off a rack set about two inches lower than your shoulders. The barbell is to be placed on your shoulders in front of your with a clean grip which is slightly wider than your shoulders. [hidepost=1]
The barbell should be resting on your deltoids and clavicles against your throat with your elbows up and in front of you. The bar can rest on your fingertips until our wrists get more flexible. Stand erect and step back from the racks about two feet.
