Greens Plus And EFA’s

Thanks for the information on the exercises in your program. I don’t want to be a pest or seem like an idiot, but your program and these bonus books have me so pumped I want to do everything perfect. On the diet plans:

1. Where it has like Veggies x 2, does that mean to eat 2 cups?
2. On the meals where you have shakes it has a serving of….greens? What types of greens?
3. Do I mix all this with milk, water?
4. Where it has 3g salmon/fish oil…does this mean I can either eat 3g of salmon or use 3g of fish oil on something?

The 5-10-15 Workout

Here is a quickie post for while I am away. Mack and I are using this style of training because we are very limited to the equipment we have access to here in Mexico.

Pick three exercises, it doesnt matter what they are but try to cover the whole body with these three exercises. Sometimes we will use HSPU’S, Chins and Squats. In the video below I am using burpees, situps and squats. Read more

An MMA Workout By Playing With Cards

If you have a deck of cards then you have the perfect means to get a wicked workout while you are on the road or in the field. This is a workout I use with my fitness-orientated clients that want a change of pace. It’s perfect for the people that don’t want massive muscles but want to burn fat and stay athletic and trim. My clients find that after a couple weeks of this style routine, they are able to climb, snowboard or keep up a high energy pace all day long.

BodyFat Percentage Calculator

I much prefer to have bodyfat calculations done with calipers but almost none of the methods that are commonly used are totally accurate. When you are at home though and want to figure out where you are or what you need to eat by using your bodyfat levels then this little calculator below will be very useful.

For the males, you do not need to fill in the “hip” box (you can’t actually). The hip measurement is for females only. This is the method the U.S Military uses for mass bodyfat calculations because it’s cheap to do and fast. It will get you in the ball park.
