I get a lot of weight loss diet questions like the one you’re going to read below. I could outright tell someone what to eat on their diet but it doesn’t help them in the long run. They need to know the ‘why’ of what they are eating and what effects different foods have on their bodies. They need to LEARN that they don’t need to diet, they need to eat properly. NORMALLY.
