Three Way Lunges

I don’t have a video for three way lunges yet but I will soon. Its in todays WAC so I better explain how to do it!
If you know how to lunge and how to squat we are all set. If you dont, then look them up in the “video’s only section”.

Three way lunges start in the bottom position of a normal lunge. Here is where things change. You push out (jump) of the bottom position of one lunge (say the right side) and land in the bottom position of the lunge on the other side (say the left). From here you jump out of this lunge into the bottom of a squat. From the squat you start all over again by jumping back into the lunge on the right side where you started. All this is counted as ONE REP.
