Hey there, You're probably thinking that because of your current weight, age, time constraints, or lack of exercise equipment... that experiencing rapid changes in how you look and feel may be out of the question for you...
Well, the good news is that we haven't run into anyone yet that we couldn't make better than they are now.
First is our monthly journal. In some cases, this is an outright book. SERIOUSLY. We put out publications monthly through Amazon.com and Buildingbodies Fitness and you will get them included as part of your membership.
You can save your money on gym memberships unless you get a better workout there because a lot of what we do is bodyweight training using bodyweight exercises. This means that no matter where you find yourself or how short on time you are, we always have something that you can squeeze in to help you keep your momentum.
The techniques we'll use are based on real-life clients and programs that I use at my fitness facility. By following what I show you step-by-step, you'll cut months, maybe years off how long it takes to achieve your goals.
Everything we do will give you the fastest results in the shortest time possible. Including our exercise video vault that will show you how to do every exercise we mention in exact detail.
You will get to eat real food on all our plans in the achieved knowledge base which you have access to at all times. You'll feel full and will never be asked to starve yourself.
You won't need fat burning drugs, fancy supplements or unlimited time. Results don't take months to happen..they take weeks when you are doing things correctly!
In 1999 I spent 6 months in Bosnia on a tour of duty. Prior to my tour of duty, I was awarded the most physically
fit recruit on two separate occasions so I was asked by the Captain
of my platoon to implement a system
that would cause rapid fat loss, make the soldiers stronger and increase performance across the board with my fellow soldiers. The funny thing is, with proper training and diet, not only did the soldiers
burn fat but they also got stronger and looked awesome.
When I finished my contract with the military I took my system "into the real world" and used it on both the male and female clients of my personal training business. I'm still using that same performance enhancing system today for one reason; it works extremely well.
Now I'm making that same system available online so that anyone, anywhere in the world can have access to it and start using it within minutes of joining... (even if they work out at home)
When I'm not doing online coaching here, you can find me teaching boot camps and doing personal training at my fitness facility in Calgary Alberta Canada.
Nutrition and diet are a major obstacle for most people when they start a body transformation, but we've taken care of that with solid eating plans, question and answers sessions and monthly tips.
