In no other program have I achieved even half the amount of success I have in yours. This has also motivated me in the other various aspects of my life. To date since I've started I have lost 20lbs of fat, I put on 13lbs of muscle, and I'm down to a 36/38 regular fit jeans from a 42 relaxed fit and my body fat percentage has dropped from 23% to 18%.

Well I weighed myself today and I am down to 224 so thus far I have lost about 22 pounds... I have been staying consistent still and am feeling and dooing really well! Another 20 pounds and I will have reached my goal for weight loss.... I can not thank you enough for your tremendous support and encoragment! Patrick |

Hi Ray I just wanted to thank you so much for refunding me for what I thought was payment for the MMA info which turned out to be free. It certainly wasn't a big investment, but it was incredibly thoughtful and honourable of you to follow through, especially considering that when I phoned you because I was having trouble making the payment, you were in the middle of the flooding crisis in your pit. I'm surprised that you even remembered it after the fact. On a superficial level we seem to live in a world very much devoid of truly honourable people and I really want you to know how much I appreciate it. It's almost 2 years to the day when I emailed you asking you to support a petition to put an end to whaling (whales revenge) and hopefully send it out to your mailing list which you immediately did and for that, as a full-on animal lover and supporter of animal welfare, I will always remember your kindness and goodness. ![]() Being a performer, I have to keep in shape in order to do my job properly which can be difficult when I am consistently living in new places. The Fasterleanerstronger website has been an incredible resource. Whenever I need to be inspired with a new workout or do not have access to a proper gym, there is always something on the website that I can find to do. (I LOVE the Lower Body Endurance workout.) Not to mention, if I ever have a question I simply pop an email to Ray and I always get an answer back in a couple of days if that. In addition, what I have really valued is all of the information on nutrition especially the calorie calculator and Bernstein diet. Both of these have taught me how to eat properly by explaining what percentage of fat, protein, carbs, etc my body needs in a day, when it needs it and why. I played in the Pneumonia bowl this past weekend and it was Much, Much harder last year when I was 10 pounds heavier and much weaker. It felt awsome to play more like I did when I was in my early 20s
